  You notice we have put, choice, decisions and cost in question # 3 in bold and colored text. Your previous choices, decisions and costs were combinations of plans and actions that were good and bad, cheap and expensive, suggested and ill advised .

  We did not make them bold and colored to get your attention, it was done this way to have your mind subconsciously recall the acts behind your previous choices, decisions and costs. You then consciously reflected on those things you have already done with regards to getting fit and healthy.

• We can plan for you, and assist you in establishing and adhering to regular healthy eating plans(when and how).(NOT A DIET PLAN)
  
• We can perform regular dietary analysis of an individuals current eating habits to identify shortfalls, over-consumption and deficiencies in vitamins and minerals. This service is to provide weight management.
• We can build meal plans from scratch using foods from our extensive up to date database, or new found foods you would like for us to add into the system.
•  We use Phd. approved meal plan templates. These save time, provide credibility and provides our clients with a trusted and safe weight management dietary plan.
• We will pray daily for your health and well being as a whole person.
